1. How do I book a houseboat in Alleppey?
You can easily book your Alleppey houseboat through our online Booking Page. Choose from Deluxe, Premium, or Luxury packages and enjoy a scenic Kerala backwater cruise with food and private rooms.
2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM the next day. For day cruise packages, check-out is at 5:00 PM.
3. What is included in the houseboat packages?
Our houseboat packages include a private room, attached bathroom, air-conditioning (in Premium & Luxury), all meals (Kerala-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and a peaceful overnight cruise through the backwaters of Alleppey.
4. Is food provided on board?
Yes, we serve delicious Kerala cuisine freshly prepared onboard. Special requests (vegetarian, non-veg, or seafood) can be made during booking.
5. Do the houseboats have AC and private bathrooms?
Yes, all Premium and Luxury houseboats come with air-conditioned bedrooms and attached private bathrooms. Deluxe houseboats may have non-AC rooms depending on the package.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 5 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days may not be eligible for a refund due to limited boat availability during peak seasons in Kerala.
7. Is it safe to stay on a houseboat overnight?
Absolutely. All our houseboats are operated by licensed professionals, with life jackets and trained crew onboard. The boats dock at night for safety.
8. What is the best season to visit Alleppey for a houseboat cruise?
The best time for an Alleppey backwater cruise is from October to March. Monsoon season (June to September) offers lush views but may have occasional rain.
